NICK – THE BREWMEISTER
Early in his career, Nick worked on Wall Street and at an international consultancy in North America and Europe. Later he criss-crossed Europe sampling some of the best, and worst, espressos the Continent had to offer, on behalf of an international consumer brand.

ANNE – WHO KNOWS HOW IT IS MADE
After studying to be an engineer and a decade in management consulting, Anne’s world became entirely dedicated to chocolate. She founded Artisan du Chocolat and Nutricoa. With the enviable title of chief chocolate adventurer, she creates with chocolate. It was in during one of those mad chocolate development sessions that coffee beans ended up in the conche and refiner instead of cocoa beans. The rest is sweet history!
